Job Description: HR Operations Manager in a Factory
Position: HR Manager
Job Location: SIDCUL Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Industry: Manufacturing Background only
Working Days: 6 Days
CTC Budget: up to 50,000/- pm
Qualification: Graduate / MBA/MSW

Job Description
Staffing & Recruitment:
• Manage recruitment processes to ensure the factory is adequately staffed.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and internal teams to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, process job offers, and manage the onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
• Act as a mediator between management and workers, addressing grievances and conflict resolution.
• Maintain positive employee relations by promoting a culture of mutual respect and communication.
• Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and productivity.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Oversee the accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
• Ensure all benefits (health insurance, pension, etc.) are administered correctly.
• Address any payroll issues, discrepancies, or concerns raised by employees.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance evaluation systems, tracking employee progress, and providing feedback.
• Develop and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure that performance reviews are conducted regularly and feedback is provided.
Employee Development & Training:
• Assess training needs and implement appropriate development programs.
• Monitor employee training programs and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support career growth by providing opportunities for skill development and advancement.
HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records (personal data, attendance, performance, etc.).
• Oversee the administration of employee leave, including vacation, sick leave, and other leaves.
• Generate HR-related reports and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
• Manage and supervise the HR team, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently.
• Lead by example, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to HR staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI, CIPD) would be an advantage.
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2-3 years in a Manager role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in HR.
• Experience in handling payroll and employee benefits.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
