Ready to work in US shift (5:30PM IST) with WFO/WFH/Hybrid optionsShift Timing: US Shift (Availability 24*7)Extensive hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in enterprise VDI, Omnissa Horizon product suite, Omnissa workspaceone Access, Omnissa DEM, 3rd party IDM integration and supporting VMware/Microsoft technologies.Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.Good knowledge on diagnostics & troubleshooting of Omnissa Horizon versions & understanding of ESXi, vSphere and cloud platforms.Experience with Log Analysis and basic scripting skill sets to automate daily operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating technical requirements into actionable plans.Must have hands on deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environmentExperience in handling creating HLD, LLDs and solution documents.Good knowledge on the Horizon Suite and troubleshooting user level issuesTCP/IP knowledge with good foundation on LAN Technologies such as network switching and routing and DNS, etc.Good Windows Server Administration and troubleshooting SkillsGood hands-on skills in Hyper converged infrastructurePrimary Skill Set :Overall 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC HorizonSecondary Skill Set :100% Fluency on EnglishGood verbal and Written CommunicationGood Team player work with senior team members, conduct technical session, mentoring L1 team membersAbility to achieve the highest level of customer satisfactionAn interface with Customers and Third party OEMs and HW vendors is expected raising call with Microsoft, VMware and other vendorsSelf-motivated and Results orientedExpected to work US and UK shifts based on the organizational needs and be available to be on- call on a rotational basis including night shiftsExperience :6+years of experience in Omnissa HorizonSoft Skills :Good/Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)Report WritingAnalytical & problem-solving skillsGood presentation skillsWillingness to Continually LearnTeam Player & People ManagementEducation :Any Engineering /Diploma/BSC/MCA / MCM (with IT specialization)
