Role:Frontend Lead Developer for Large-Scale Web ApplicationsDuration: 12 monthsLocation: RemoteExperienced Frontend Lead Developer sought after to lead development of high-performance web applications with expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture.The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge and leadership experience with strong hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms specifically Microsoft Azure.Key Responsibilities:Lead frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks.Drive architectural decisions and code quality improvements.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.Build highly performant UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG).Develop modular, reusable components and libraries.Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems.Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, CDN, DevOps, Pipelines).Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring.Perform code reviews and ensure high test coverage.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.Guide the team through solutions, planning, estimations, and sprint execution.Support stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, CSS3.Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA).Expertise in UI component libraries, Tailwind/SCSS.Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and frontend security.Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud.Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility compliance.Tools & Frameworks:Git, Azure DevOps, Webpack, Babel.Testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.Soft Skills:Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.Ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end delivery.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with design systems and UI architecture.Knowledge of backend fundamentals is a plus.
