About the JobWe are seeking a seasoned Frontend Architect to spearhead the development of complex and scalable frontend applications for our cybersecurity platform.This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and UX designers to craft innovative solutions that drive business success.Job DescriptionLead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of complex frontend applicationsPartner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear technical plans and high-quality implementationsBuild and maintain large-scale component libraries, design systems, and UI frameworksDefine and enforce frontend engineering standards and quality benchmarksDrive initiatives related to performance optimization, including rendering strategies and caching policiesMake critical technical decisions related to data-fetching patterns and state managementCollaborate with backend teams to shape API contracts and ensure clean data modelsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineersLead cross-team engineering initiatives and implement frontend observabilityTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and improve developer experienceEvaluate emerging frontend technologies and introduce relevant solutionsRequired Skills and Qualifications7+ years of experience building and scaling complex frontend applications in production environmentsDeep expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and browser internalsProven experience designing and maintaining frontend architectures, design systems, and UI frameworksStrong understanding of rendering models, server-client boundaries, and performance optimization techniquesSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UI/UX principlesExperience with modern build tools and bundlers such as Nx Mono Repo and WebpackExpertise consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and influencing backend API designStrong knowledge of CI/CD workflows, version control, automated testing, and build pipelinesDemonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers and influence architectural directionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable systemsAbility to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, design, and platform teamsBenefits of Joining UsWe offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a full spectrum of generous perks and incentives, including food, unlimited snacks, and drinks available while at office.
