We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Planning Specialist.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in design, configuration, optimization, and support of supply chain planning processes using Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.Job OverviewThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/Integrated Business Planning, and configure worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support implementations, enhancements, and support activities for Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.Collaborate with business teams to understand supply chain planning requirements including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/Integrated Business Planning.Configure RapidResponse worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics to meet business requirements.Perform scenario modeling and design solutions for planning use cases.Conduct workshops, create functional specifications, and map business processes.Facilitate SIT/UAT testing and provide end-user training.Functional Responsibilities:Support Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, and support activities.Work with business teams to understand supply chain planning requirements including demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/Integrated Business Planning.Configure RapidResponse worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and analytics.Perform scenario modeling and design solutions for planning use cases.Conduct workshops, create functional specifications, and map business processes.Facilitate SIT/UAT testing and provide end-user training.Technical Responsibilities:Build and maintain RapidResponse data models, matrices, tables, and calculations.Develop and configure tasks, automation, and workflows in RapidResponse.Support integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), MES, and other systems.Work with data transformation and data load processes.Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring timely resolution.Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.Experience in configuring RapidResponse modules (Planning, Inventory, S&OP).Ability to design dashboards, worksheets, alerts, and planning grids.Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning.Experience integrating RapidResponse with ERP systems.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:Detailed knowledge of supply chain planning principles and practices.Proven track record of delivering successful supply chain planning projects.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Others:Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification.Experience in SQL, Python, or scripting tools.Knowledge of SAP IBP, Oracle Planning Cloud, or other planning tools.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
