We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Developer with deep expertise in building, integrating, and deploying AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will leverage ServiceNow’s AI capabilities , such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Machine Learning frameworks , to enhance automation, improve user experiences, and drive intelligent decision-making across enterprise workflows. Design, configure, and develop AI and ML-powered solutions using ServiceNow features such as: Now Assist (GenAI) Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent / NLU Models Performance Analytics & Insights Experience in developing custom ML/AI integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or external AI services. Work closely with architects to define AI solution architecture, including data sources, governance, and scalability. Monitor model performance and continuously fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy and relevancy. Good communication skills
