Senior Financial Analyst PositionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.This role will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP requirements.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP requirements.Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.Account Reconciliation: Reconcile Balance sheet and P&L accounts on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies.Requirements:Degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA qualification and 2+ years of working experience in accounting and book close process.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Local GAAP (e.g., IFRS, statutory requirements).Experience with ERP system- NetSuite is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Benefits:A competitive compensation package.A flexible working environment that values work-life balance.Ongoing training and development opportunities.About Us:We are a dynamic and innovative organization that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
