We work closely with students, mentors, and hiring partners to ensure strong learning outcomes and successful placements.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Program Coordinator (Fresher/0–2 years) to support academic operations and manage the student journey across training programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to batch coordination, student engagement, exams, feedback, and placement support in a fast-paced EdTech environment.Key Responsibilities & Role Expectations:Academic & Batch OperationsPlan, create, and manage training batches based on schedules and mentor availabilityCoordinate with mentors for daily attendance and topic updates in the Student PortalMonitor daily exams, track participation, and follow up with non-attempted studentsProcess student leave requests and manage absentee recordsHandle student and parent queries via chatbot and other communication channelsStudent Monitoring & EngagementTrack attendance, engagement, and learning continuity across batchesEnsure accurate data updates in Zoho CRM and Student PortalVerify student and parent contact details periodicallyCoordinate doubt sessions and missed-class support with mentorsPerformance Tracking & FeedbackCollect weekly student feedback using Google FormsAnalyze feedback trends and share insights with managementMaintain weekly reports on attendance, exams, and engagementPlacement CoordinationPrepare eligibility lists for placement drivesCoordinate placement communications (tests, interviews, follow-ups)Manage placement WhatsApp groups and student updatesMaintain placement records (company, package, source)Track and support unplaced students post-course completionMock Interviews & EvaluationSchedule and monitor weekly mock interviews (Saturdays)Track attendance and follow up with absenteesCoordinate performance reviews with mentors and placement teamsData & ReportingMaintain accurate student admission and batch recordsEnsure data consistency between CRM and Student PortalPrepare weekly and monthly academic & placement reportsKeep all records accurate, current, and audit-readySkillsStrong communication and coordination skillsTime management and multitasking abilityAttention to detail and process disciplineBasic data handling and reporting skillsProblem-solving mindset and willingness to learnEducationBachelor’s degree in any disciplineMBA / Master’s degree is an added advantageWhat We OfferStructured training and on-the-job learningExposure to complete academic & placement operationsClear growth path to Program Manager / Operations rolesSupportive team and mentorship cultureLong-term career opportunities in EdTechHow to ApplyInterested candidates can DM on LinkedIn or share their resume at maheshyalla@codegnan.com
