Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, including employee relations and HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing HR management, handling employee relations issues, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and regulations.
Qualifications
  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Extensive experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Hindi Speaking is added advantage.
