Cloud Data EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our international team of data professionals. About the Role Design and Implement Scalable Data Pipelines: Develop and maintain efficient, reliable data pipelines using modern data engineering tools and frameworks. Work with Cloud-Native Data Services: Implement data ingestion, transformation, storage, and processing solutions using cloud-native services like AWS Glue, Redshift, EMR, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, GCP BigQuery, and Dataflow. Build Batch and Streaming Data Pipelines: Design and implement batch and streaming data pipelines using Spark, Databricks, Kafka, or similar technologies. Optimize Performance, Cost, and Reliability: Ensure the optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of data systems for large-scale deployments. Collaborate with Analytics, BI, ML, and Backend Teams: Work closely with analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Requirements Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Data Engineer: Strong background in data engineering, with hands-on experience designing and implementing data pipelines. Strong Experience with Python or SQL: Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL (or both) and ability to write efficient code. Practical Knowledge of Data Pipeline Development: Understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and distributed systems, along with practical experience with data pipeline development. Hands-on Experience with One Major Cloud Platform: Experience working with one major cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
