Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Desktop Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based desktop infrastructure solutions using VMware Horizon View.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud-based desktop infrastructure solutions using VMware Horizon View.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions with existing IT systems.Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to cloud-based desktop infrastructure.Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.Requirements and Qualifications:4+ years of experience in enterprise VDI, cloud-based desktop infrastructure, and supporting VMware/Microsoft technologies.Expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.Diagnostics & troubleshooting of cloud-based desktop infrastructure and understanding of ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms.Log Analysis and basic scripting skill sets to automate daily operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of translating technical requirements into actionable plans.Benefits:Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Maintain accurate records and reports.Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills.
