The role will be critical in ensuring optimal website/app performance with deep focus on databases, back-end logic, APIs, and architecture.Who you are:You are a master of coding and can build any application end-to-end.You can work at any company in the world, but you choose us because we’re obsessed about Technology.You like working in a team, because you believe the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.You have high integrity and strong work ethics; you are brilliant, yet humble.Even better if you have experienced startup environments earlier and delivered high-quality solutions.What will you do:Contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing and deployment.Build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.Push your design and architecture limits for new product development.Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Mentor a small team of top developers.What you need to succeed:Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science engineering, preferably from Tier I/II Institutes.6+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing (LLD+HLD), testing, and deploying applications on various backend technologies for large scale cloud-based applications.1+ year of experience in mentoring or leading a small team and leading projects end-to-end.Strong understanding of Data structures, algorithms, system design along with exceptional problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Python (preferred) / Java / Golang / Node.Js / ROR etc.Experience with database design; SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL), & NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).
