Key Responsibilities:- Analyze e-commerce data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies.- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems.- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various e-commerce channels, highlighting areas for improvement.- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to measure their impact and identify areas for further improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Skills Required:- Minimum 6 Months to Maximum 3 years of work experience.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Good knowledge in MS Excel/Google Sheets- Timeline orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities- Has Previously worked on E-commerce platformsAbout WellversedWellversed owns and operates a portfolio of nutrition brands to empower people to attain their most optimal state of wellness.
