Role Description
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will manage and execute social media strategies to enhance upGrad KnowledgeHut’s online presence and engagement. This role will allow you to work on exciting campaigns, create impactful social content, and analyze performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and other content to amplify our reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-quality visuals and posts.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and recommend improvements.
- Keep up with social media trends and competitor strategies to drive innovation.
- Interact with followers and build a thriving online community.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for crafting compelling posts.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and audience insights.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
