Job OverviewWe are developing a digital platform using cell-based architecture, integrating technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Rules, Workflows, Microservices, FaaS, Micro-frontends, and Micro apps.We need an experienced Java technologist and engineer who is well-versed in technical details, understands design patterns, has strong experience with AWS stack, can build components and services in Java from the first principles, and writes elegant code.As a key member of our core product development team, you will be responsible for building high-performance components of our platform.Responsibilities:You will work closely with product requirements and platform roadmap to define platform architecture, design, code, review, test, and fix different modules of our software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.Lead the definition and evolution of architectural strategy, standards, and best practices for our organization.Mentor junior members of the team and ensure they follow established design, coding, and automation standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to drive architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges.Design and review complex, high-impact architectural solutions.Write production-quality code in Java, Hibernate, and Spring.Requirements:Hands-on experience with Java 1.8+, with at least 5 years of experience in building highly scalable enterprise-class systems using Agile methodologies.At least 5 years of experience with AWS platform and different products and services like ECS/Fargate, Cloudwatch, Quicksight, S3, kinesis, EventBridge, AppSync, AWS Batch, Redis, etc.Experience with different DBMS and persistent technologies, particularly Document, time-series, and relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL.JPA (Hibernate, MyBatis, Data as a Service, or any other ORM framework).Strong experience with Kafka and other streaming frameworks.Experience with building software using rules engines like DROOLS, and BPMN engines like Camunda (or any other similar framework).Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.Hands-on experience in writing extensible RESTful APIs and GraphQL.About Us:Our leadership team consists of able leaders drawn from various industries.
