Cloud Infrastructure Specialist RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of our cloud-based infrastructure and services. In this role, you will focus on developing, deploying and maintaining highly available and scalable storage systems and container orchestration platforms.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and maintain distributed storage systems including Ceph, ZFS and NFS for use across hybrid and cloud-native environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage, networking and container orchestration systems.Implement monitoring, logging and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus.Collaborate with development and SRE teams to ensure seamless CI/CD and infrastructure reliability.Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.Document architectural decisions, standard operating procedures and best practices.Requirements:3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure roles.Proficient with Ceph (RADOS, RBD, CephFS) and ZFS administration.Solid experience managing NFS servers and performance tuning.Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking and cluster lifecycle management.Experience with container runtimes (Docker, containerd), Helm etc.Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a plus.Desired Qualifications:Experience using the Rook-Ceph operator for Kubernetes.Knowledge of CSI storage drivers and volume provisioning in Kubernetes.Certifications such as CKA, CKAD or RHCSA are a plus.Job DescriptionOur team is looking for a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join us in designing, implementing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and services.
