As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing technology governance and risk management while supporting strategic program delivery.The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments, with strong documentation skills and the ability to work across engineering, security, governance teams, and collect data & inputs from business teams.Main Responsibilities:Maintaining policies, standards, risk registers, audit readiness, controls testing, and compliance reporting across cybersecurity, cloud, data, and change management.Supporting project management office activities including project tracking, RAID management, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.Requirements:4–8 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain)A strong understanding of out-of-the-box features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality.Experience in working on CRM, case management, and workflow automation.Experience in schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQLKnowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access managementHands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelinesPast experience on using tools like Jira or similarBenefits:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertiseJoin us in shaping the future of technology
