Senior Software Engineer

About this role:We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop and test software functions for high-voltage battery management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Model Based Design and Development, specifically with MATLAB/Simulink.Key Responsibilities:Develop application software functions for the high voltage battery management systemsModel lithium-ion batteries using equivalent-circuit and physics-based methods.Utilize model-based development tools to design, simulate, and generate production-ready code for BMS state and safety estimation algorithms.Develop test cases and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the BMS software.Configure and optimize low-level control software and participate in design reviews, code inspections, and other engineering activities to ensure the quality and efficiency of the BMS software development process.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.
