Job Opportunity:Job DescriptionLeverage your technical expertise to lead the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to design clean, modular, testable code following TDD, design patterns, SOLID principles, and industry best practices.Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.Innovative Engineering Opportunities:Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize development, debugging, and testing workflows.Promote engineering best practices including peer reviews, static code analysis, CI/CD hygiene, and code quality standards.Quality & Performance Expectations:Partner with QA and SRE teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across environments.Develop and maintain automated test suites for unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.Required Skills & Qualifications:6–8 years of hands-on software development experience.Strong backend development expertise with Java/Spring Boot.Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and system design fundamentals.Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services.
