Transforming Financial SystemsWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in designing, building, and scaling production services.The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in system design and coding.They will be passionate about creating a secure and scalable financial infrastructure and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.The role requires working closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn the technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.They will also review feature designs within their product area and across the company for cross-cutting projects, ensuring security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity.The onboarding platform team is responsible for creating a platform for user onboarding and KYC requirements, enabling rapid expansion into new countries while maintaining compliance and regulatory requirements.The core set of priorities for this role includes building onboarding platforms that can scale effectively across countries and products, improving conversion funnels, and articulating a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Golang, gRPC, and MongoDB, as well as experience building platforms and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Domain expertise in onboarding/KYC is a plus, and embodying values of positive energy, continuous learning, clear communication, efficient execution, and commitment to an inclusive environment is essential.Skill Requirements:At least 5+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong background in system design and codingPassionate about creating a secure and scalable financial infrastructureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience building platforms and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFamiliarity with Golang, gRPC, and MongoDB
