Hardware Asset ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of IT asset management, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes aligned with ITIL and organizational standards.Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal — across endpoints, datacenter, and cloud environments.Maintain accuracy and compliance in hardware asset records, ensuring data consistency across CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro.Drive process automation and optimization of asset tracking, assignment, and reclamation workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Management OperationsOperate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace.Perform model management and normalization for hardware assets to ensure alignment with approved standards.Manage asset creation, catalog setup, and maintenance for seamless hardware request and fulfillment workflows.Configure and support HAM-related workflows, lifecycle events, and playbooks to ensure efficiency and governance.Data Quality & ReconciliationIdentify and remediate data gaps in hardware inventory using Discovery, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.Analyze discrepancies between discovered and managed assets to improve inventory accuracy and compliance.Establish and maintain data quality metrics and reconciliation rules to support audit and compliance requirements.
