Work Hours: IST overlapping with EST/UK timings

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

Overview:

We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our AI for Delivery team. This role supports the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform. The SA2 will gather requirements, document processes, edit prompts, and assist in configuring AI agents—gaining valuable experience on enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document requirements, processes, and outputs.
  • Support configuration of Copilot Studio agents and prompt editing.
  • Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and refining AI-enabled solutions.
  • Maintain solution documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Participate in workshops, demos, and adoption activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or tech support.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP or enterprise software projects.
  • Basic knowledge of AI, automation, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with eagerness to learn.
