Job Title:System Support SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn new technologies, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving hardware, software, and network systems.- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.- Help with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and inventory information.- Assist in setting up workstations, conference rooms, and IT equipment for new employees.- Participate in IT improvement projects, research tasks, and process automation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.- Familiarity with Windows/mac OS environments.- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred (Optional) Skills:- Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, or cloud systems.- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Service Now).- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.- Basic scripting/programming exposure (Python, Power Shell, etc.).Benefits:- Hands-on exposure to real IT infrastructure and support operations.- Opportunity to work on impactful IT projects.- Internship certificate and potential for future full-time opportunities.
