The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Job Summary:The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the branch’s day-to-day operations, managing sales (B2B and B2C), business development, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role demands leadership in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.Drive B2B and B2C sales for sports infrastructure products and services.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.Oversee project execution, billing, and customer coordination.Monitor inventory levels, purchase requirements, and logistics.Handle financial activities like petty cash, expense approvals, and reporting.Supervise and motivate a team of minimum 10 members including sales, operations, and support staff.Prepare and present branch performance reports to management.Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor coordination.Maintain strong customer service standards and resolve client issues promptly.Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance local presence.Requirements:Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 5–8 years of experience in branch sales, preferably in sports infrastructure, construction, or building materials industry.Proven experience in handling B2B and B2C sales.Strong leadership and team management skills (min. 10-member team).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office and Tally ERP (preferred).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
