We Are Hiring: Branch Manager for a Reputed NBFCLocation: Kadri (Mangalore), Kalidsa Road (Mysore), Koramangala (Bangalore)About the Role:Join a reputed NBFC as a Branch Manager and lead branch operations to achieve business growth and operational excellence. You will manage daily branch functions, develop and motivate your team, ensure compliance with regulations, and build strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company and regulatory policiesLead and motivate branch staff to meet sales, revenue, and service targetsDevelop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goalsManage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reportingBuild lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growthResolve customer complaints and staff issues promptlyMonitor market trends and competitor activities to seek new business opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in branch management or financial services, preferably NBFC or bankingProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teamsStrong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skillsDeep understanding of NBFC operations and regulatory requirements
