Job Summary:Project Management ProfessionalA seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, portfolio governance, and strategic reporting is sought after to drive cross-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement project governance frameworks to ensure compliance across projects and programs.Lead the development of data-driven dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced analytics tools.Drive data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs.Facilitate executive-level meetings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements:5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Jira).Experience in financial management for projects (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.Desirable Characteristics:Strategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
