Supply Chain Systems Project Manager

Job Title: Supply Chain Systems Project ManagerAbout the Job:The successful candidate will lead the delivery of major technical projects in global supply chain, ensuring timely, within scope and budget delivery.Main Responsibilities include:Defining project or program scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Crafting and maintaining comprehensive project or programme plans including schedules, resource allocation, and task dependencies.Developing budget estimates, establishing baselines, continuously monitoring project expenditure against budget, reporting variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.Managing resources including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring all resource costs are accurately tracked.Identifying, assessing, and managing risks; overseeing changes in scope or timeline and ensuring all changes are reflected in the budget and project plans.Ensuring all quality standards and non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability are met.Fostering cross-team collaboration and managing dependencies between projects.Leading agile or hybrid project delivery approaches where applicable, ensuring proper conduct of agile ceremonies and effective backlog management.Providing regular status updates to executive sponsors, presenting both financial metrics and project outcomes.
