Job Title:Procurement SpecialistAbout the Role:As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in securing competitive quotations, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Main Responsibilities:Quotation Management: Request and secure detailed quotes from approved suppliers for every RFQ, ensuring the best possible pricing and quality of goods.Vendor Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to guarantee quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency in procurement activities.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and implement effective inventory control strategies to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing waste and overstocking.Logistics Operations: Oversee logistics operations and coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations.Demand Analysis: Analyze demand trends and sales data to support accurate forecasting and ensure timely order processing and fulfillment, maximizing customer satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement and supply chain strategies with business objectives, driving growth and success.Requirements:A highly skilled Procurement Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in similar roles, excellent communication and analytical skills, CRM knowledge, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
