Job SummaryThe US Mortgage Customer Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents, maintaining budget details, and communicating effectively with lenders and field inspectors.This role involves coordinating site inspections across the United States, scheduling and managing inspection orders, and ensuring order completion within stipulated timeframes.Key Responsibilities:Review and Update Documents: Ensure completeness and accuracy of construction documents in the system.Maintain Budget Details: Update construction budget details while placing inspection orders.Assign Inspection Orders: Assign orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling.Communicate Effectively: Interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing documentation.Coordinate Order Fulfillment: Work with stakeholders to ensure timely order completion.Schedule Inspections: Schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors.Notify Clients: Keep clients informed about order status updates via emails and chat messages.Requirements:Education: Graduate degree required.Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail for reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.Multitasking: Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience: Must have experience in US mortgage documents review process.
