Software Quality Assurance Engineer

You should apply if you have:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JIRA for bug tracking and project management.
  • A proactive mindset to constantly learn and improve processes around you.


You should not apply if you:

  • Lack of experience in software quality assurance or automated testing tools.
  • Are not comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Prefer a role with less focus on collaboration and constant learning.


Skills Required:

  • Software quality assurance methodologies.
  • Test plan creation and test case design.
  • White-box and black-box testing techniques.
  • Automated testing tools.
  • SQL and scripting proficiency.
  • JIRA for bug tracking.
  • Understanding of performance and security testing (preferred).


What will you do?

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
  • Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.


Work Experience: 1 - 2 years


Working Days: Monday - Friday


Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
