About the Role

The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining property-related services, and driving successful lead conversions. The ideal candidate must have a strong telesales background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers and tenants.
  • Explain and promote real estate offerings (primary & secondary properties).
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and closures in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the on-ground sales and operations teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales/inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to explain real estate offerings confidently and handle objections.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi would be an added plus).
  • Customer-focused, motivated, and target-driven persona.
