Seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for a full-time position of Client Coordinator Prior Customer Service Experience / Business development / BPO Experience is preferred. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bangalore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, building customer relationships, responding to customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Proficiency in Customer Support Excellent telephone etiquette and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Prior experience in e-commerce or a related field is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
