Pegasus, a purpose-driven Children’s Wellbeing Company, is seeking a dynamic Head of D2C & Community to lead our direct-to-consumer business and parent engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Online Sales & GrowthOwn the P&L of the Pegasus D2C division across all online channels – company website, meta and own app.Drive traffic and conversion strategies (performance marketing, SEO/SEM, influencer & content campaigns).Build scalable funnels for acquisition, engagement, and retention, with strong focus on lifetime value of parents.2. Community Building & WorkshopsConceptualize and manage screen-free parenting workshops, kids’ activity sessions, and community programs that bring parents into the Pegasus ecosystem.Create and oversee partnerships with schools, housing societies, and community groups to build awareness.Lead on-ground activations to strengthen trust and brand affinity.3. Book Fairs & EventsPlan and execute Pegasus presence at book fairs, parenting expos, and pop-ups.Curate event experiences that combine sales with brand storytelling.Manage logistics, budgets, and cross-team coordination for smooth execution.4. Leadership & StrategyBuild and lead a cross-functional team covering website operations, content, digital marketing, customer engagement, and event management.Develop quarterly and annual growth roadmaps in alignment with Pegasus’ mission: to raise screen-free children through books, puzzles, and games.Work closely with the leadership team on new initiatives, product launches, and data-driven decision making.Qualifications8–12 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C leadership, preferably in consumer brands, publishing, or edtech.Strong digital-first mindset with proven expertise in Shopify/e-commerce platforms, performance marketing, CRM flows, and analytics.Hands-on experience with community or events management is a big plus.Entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate about children’s wellbeing and screen-free parenting.
