This role is ideal for a design-driven thinker who can bring beauty, clarity, and consistency across all brand touchpoints — from packaging and campaign storytelling to social media content and visual identity.As the creative head for the brand, you’ll lead a talented design team and shape how Sotrue shows up visually in the world.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve Sotrue’s visual identity across all mediums and channels.Oversee packaging design and development for new product launches.Lead social media shoots, photography, and video content direction to ensure brand consistency.Manage and mentor a team of designers, editors, and 3D visualizers.Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.Ensure all visual outputs maintain high aesthetic standards and align with the brand tone.Stay updated with design, beauty, and content trends to keep Sotrue’s creative edge sharp.Qualifications5+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, or creative direction.Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and leadership mindset.Proven ability to manage creative teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Highly organized, deadline-driven, and passionate about great design.What's in it for youLead the creative vision for one of India’s most promising beauty brands.Direct collaboration with a high-caliber leadership team.End-to-end ownership of brand design, packaging, and campaigns.Opportunity to build a design-led beauty brand from the ground up.Fast-paced, creative, and ambitious culture.Competitive salary and benefits package.
