You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in this space while being part of a team that values vision, passion, growth and teamwork.Must-Have Experience1+ years hands-on experience building Agentic, LLM, or NLP-based applications.Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.Strong understanding of RAG architectures and retrieval-augmented AI systems.Experience deploying ML models in production environments (cloud, container-based, scalable systems).Proficiency in Python (primary).Familiarity with natural language processing and optionally computer vision.Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, optimization, and performance tuning.Key QualificationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and meet deadlines.Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.Ability to join within 15 days.Culture: Humility, Teamwork, Integrity, Resilience
