Role Description 

We are seeking a talented biomedical engineer to join our team full-time on-site at Matter of Medtech in Pune. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative medical technologies, contributing to the design, prototyping, and testing of novel devices. Your expertise will help us create solutions that enhance patient care and transform healthcare delivery.


Responsibilities  

- Lead and assist in the development of new medical technologies, from ideation to prototyping and testing.  

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and engineers, to identify and solve unmet medical needs.  

- Conduct research to ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.  

- Analyze clinical data and feedback to refine and optimize device performance.  

- Design and execute experiments to validate new concepts and ensure safety and efficacy.  

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the medtech industry.  


Qualifications  

- Strong background in medical device development, including design and prototyping.  

- Expertise in equipment maintenance and clinical engineering, with a focus on innovation.  

- Proficiency in using engineering tools for CAD design, simulation, and rapid prototyping.  

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach to challenges.  

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.  

- Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.  

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance for medical devices.  

- Passion for innovation and a desire to impact healthcare through technology.
