The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Banking and Financial Services industry, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.Candidate Requirements:15+ years of experience in software product development and solution delivery within the Banking and Financial Services industry.Proven track record of delivering CRM solutions with a strong understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing concepts in Financial Services.Exceptional collaboration skills to work with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners/agencies.Demonstrated experience successfully managing product teams and delivering impactful solutions.Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry.Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies; certifications such as PMP and ITIL are advantageous but not mandatory.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Remote Work Support, Health Insurance, Care Program, and Online Psychological Support.Performance-Linked Bonus: Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
