ServiceNow Administrator RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow administrator with 7+ years of experience to oversee daily platform administration, ensure robust security measures, and optimize system performance.The role demands strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM/HRSD/SecOps) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations.You will configure workflows, provide technical support to users, and implement enhancements that significantly improve service delivery.Catalog Management: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of configuration items within the CMDB.Domain Separation: Manage multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshoot domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building custom forms, and creating reports and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows (often using Flow Designer or JavaScript).
