We are seeking a highly skilled professional to administer our ServiceNow platform, ensuring security and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Data Accuracy:Cleanliness and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Domain Separation & Configuration:Management of multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.Platform Administration:Day-to-day administration, including managing technical configuration, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.User Security & Access Control:Management of user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) for platform security.Error Troubleshooting & Support:Primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow Automation & Documentation:Implementing minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows using Flow Designer or JavaScript, and maintaining technical documentation.
