Graphic Designer RoleThe Sales Enablement function is a center of excellence that supports the organization across multiple geographies and businesses.This team enables consultants globally with strategic and bespoke solutions for pre/post sales cycle and marketing processes, increasing the chances of winning new business through lead generation, managing commercials, client-focused proposals, strategic research, virtual consulting tool and graphic design support.Key Responsibilities:Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.Design and Layout: Creating visually appealing and professional presentation layouts using software like Microsoft PowerPoint, focusing on aesthetics and clarity.Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, logos and overall style, to maintain a cohesive brand identity.Visual Storytelling: Utilizing graphics, charts, images and multimedia elements to enhance the narrative and engage the audience effectively.Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing presentations for design inconsistencies, making necessary suggestions/revisions to ensure high-quality output.Audience Analysis: Understanding the target audience to tailor presentations to their needs, preferences and level of understanding.Feedback Incorporation: Gathering feedback from stakeholders and making adjustments to presentations based on input to improve effectiveness and clarity.Project Management: Managing multiple presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is maintained with all relevant parties.Requirements:College degree in a graphic design or closely related disciplineProven experience working as a graphic designer - minimum 3-5 years in a corporate consulting or business firm or in a creative service environmentMandatory proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory and visual storytellingAbility to create visually appealing and professional presentations that effectively communicate ideasExcellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders and to understand and convey complex information clearlyStrong proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and consistency in presentationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams including marketing, sales and executive leadership
