Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a key role in our technical team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the wider Power Platform.Troubleshoot complex issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions, encompassing Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, incorporating plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments, ensuring seamless operational continuity.Spearhead solution lifecycle management, emphasizing DevOps and ALM principles.About the RoleThis position involves serving as a primary escalation point for select customers and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable specifications.Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.Required SkillsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess:Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) in a technical capacity.Expertise in plugin development, JavaScript creation, and Azure function apps.Comprehensive knowledge of D365 CE modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party APIs and custom integrations.Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-400, with other certifications considered beneficial.Familiarity with DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.Knowledge of SQL data migration and reporting tools.Experience with Azure services and PowerShell scripting, although not mandatory.
