We prioritize the recruitment of talented individuals who embody these values and are eager to challenge themselves in our rapidly expanding team.Job SummaryPrepare cost-effective, regulatory-compliant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documents for international customers outsourcing this function to Managed Regulatory Services.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor SDS/Labels compliant with regulations for external customers in US, EU, CA, and other countries.Search various reference sources and supplier SDS for required information, apply reconciliation techniques to resolve discrepancies.Required QualificationsExperience and education in one or more areas: University degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Environment, Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene), Chemical Engineering preferred, Masters advantageous.Knowledge of at least five of the following: REACH, GHS, OSHA, WHMIS, IATA, IMDG, ADR, ADNR, TDG, DOT, ADG, EPA, CEPA, TSCA, FDA, PCPA, CCCR, CPSC.Desirable Skills and ExperienceWork experience 3-5 years or more.Experience in sciences: Biology/Chemistry applications, Health/Safety/Environmental regulations and/or toxicology.Product stewardship or regulatory affairs experience.EH&S related software user.Consulting experience.Self-starting/motivated individual.Attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple assignments.Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting skills.Reliable, pride in work.Excellent teamwork skills.Good verbal communication skills.Good written skills for reporting, writing procedures and providing regulatory information.Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrating diversity and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all colleagues.Job description intended to convey essential information about the scope of the job, general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this position.
