Deputy / Associate Manager- Investor Relations & Market Intelligence, CEOs office

Description: This role will be part of the IR team reporting to the Head of Investor Relations (part of the CEO’s office). The position requires the candidate to provide support towards investor relations operations and other related activities as part of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualising, writing, and proofing quarterly and annual investor relations reports – earnings call remarks, investor presentation, press release, Q&A document, call transcripts, annual report MD&A among others.
Day to day market intelligence gathering, analysis and reporting including peer/ industry benchmarking, preparation of summary reports and presentations for executive management consumption.
Establishing strong working relationships with cross functions teams for investor relations and market intelligence reporting
Support complete investor relations operations.
Competencies –
Knowledge and working experience related to the Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and related industries.
Investor Relations/ Pharma Commercial Development/ Corporate Strategy/ Experience; working with the C-suite.
Project Management experience - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and experienced in dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion.
Understanding of the Equity Market
Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, creation of dashboards etc, experience in financial modelling.
Exposure to ESG fundamentals and reporting (desired but not essential)
Technical/ Professional Qualifications -
Medicine/ Pharma/ Engineering graduate (preferred but not essential)
BBA or MBA in Strategy/ Finance/ Marketing
Mastery of MS Office suite
Exposure to Financial and database tools
