As a leader in this field, you will shape the strategy, delivery, and roadmap for our SAP business, leading complex projects and driving modernization.Main Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to grow the SAP practice, strengthening delivery capabilities and governance models.Drive solution innovation across SAP S/4HANA, HANA, Analytics, and Cloud, identifying new opportunities for modernization and transformation.Provide expert guidance on architecture, system performance, integration, and optimization in complex SAP environments.Partner with cross-functional teams to define reusable assets, accelerators, and tools that enhance project efficiency and quality.Engage with clients at leadership level, advising on technology strategy, digital roadmaps, and SAP ecosystem evolution.Collaborate with internal leadership to identify new service offerings, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.Coach and mentor consultants, nurturing deep SAP expertise and leadership capability within the team.Contribute to pre-sales and solution design, leveraging your experience to shape winning proposals and innovative delivery models.Requirements:14+ years of overall IT/consulting experience, with 10+ years of advanced SAP experience (Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional).Expertise in SAP ecosystem strategy, architecture design, performance optimization, and technology enablement.Proven ability to lead diverse SAP teams while maintaining technical depth and credibility.Strong understanding of S/4HANA modernization, data strategy, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative leader who can operate at both executive and technical levels, driving alignment between business vision and technology outcomes.
