Driving business excellence requires a strategic approach to Controlling processes. As an experienced SAP S/4HANA CO Lead Consultant, you will architect, implement and optimize Controlling processes across S/4HANA environments.The position involves designing scalable system solutions and driving functional specifications for CO processes. You will also lead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into robust system solutions and detailed functional specifications Drive fit-to-standard and fit/gap workshops for the CO scope Define and maintain the global CO template ensuring consistency across regions and business unitsConfiguration & IntegrationConfigure SAP S/4HANA CO components such as Universal Journal-based CO integration, cost elements allocations assessments settlements, reporting structures, and value flowsLead configuration for Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing), Material Ledger, Cost Object Controlling Ensure robust integration with FI, MM, PP, SD, PM, and other S/4HANA modulesProject LeadershipAct as the primary CO Workstream Lead for S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and upgrades Provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support development, testing, and validation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end financial and operational flows Guide global stakeholders conduct training and support change management activities
