Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Administrator at MP Oil and Gas Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for various HR tasks and functions to support the organization.
Qualifications
- Employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment and address any employee concerns or disputes (Mandatory skill).
- HR compliance to ensure all human resources operations adhere to legal standards and internal policies (Mandatory skill).
- Strategic planning to align HR initiatives with the overall business objectives and drive organizational performance (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure HR compliance by keeping up to date with labor laws, policies, and regulations and implementing necessary changes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with the business goals and assist in driving company-wide initiatives.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and development programs.
- Facilitate organizational development and change management efforts to build a high-performance culture.
- Lead conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict management techniques.
- Act as a change agent to promote innovative HR practices and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
