The ideal candidate is responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, and employee termination.

Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts, developing and overseeing new hire orientation and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Additionally, the candidate will assist with payroll and benefits administration, build strong relationships with company managers, and provide reports as needed.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources.

Key skills and abilities include strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and advanced knowledge of Excel to include Pivot Tables and Graphs for analytics.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various US terms, such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas, and have experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.

They will also be flexible working in mid-shift and late-shift environments.
