Job Opportunity: Senior Research SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete project life cycle for custom market research studies, leading projects with complete responsibility for planning and execution of project activities, understanding client requirements, creating proposals, estimating efforts, handling client communication, executing the study, and managing client feedback.The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate and facilitate technical, business and analytical discussions. They should also be able to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.Minimum 3-6 years of experience in custom market research studies or consulting type engagements is required.Bachelor's AND Master's Degree in Life Sciences - Pharmacy, Biotechnology, related fields or equivalent experience (B. Pharm or M. Pharm or Bachelors in Life Sciences) OR MBA OR M. Tech - Biomedical Engineering.The successful candidate will also be up to date with recent industry happenings and challenge areas for medical device, pharma, and diagnostics industry, as well as aware of trends in medical technology, clinical trials, indications, therapy areas, type of research methodology, latest technologies like Big Data Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning Technologies, Digitalization, Wearable Technologies, etc.
