Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of an E-Commerce Merchandiser. In this position, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with designers and their teams, coordinating communication, product updates, launches and restocks with clarity and consistency.This role requires ownership, coordination and sharp decision making. You will act as the bridge between designers and our organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage designer onboarding end to endNegotiate markdowns and exclusives where relevantAnalyze product performance across online channels and stores to identify trends and buying patterns to create seasonal and yearly calendarsEnsure collections go live on time with complete product information and accuracyCoordinate with content, warehouse and Sales team to troubleshoot gaps, delays or issuesMonitor client orders and alterations and ensure smooth execution and communicationRequirements:1 to 5 years experience in e-commerce, fashion buying, merchandising or luxury retailStrong communication and relationship management skillsProficiency with Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify is a plusA problem solver who can independently find solutions and drive outcomesBecoming Our Team MemberSomeone who moves with urgency, accountability and clarity, thrives in fast paced environments, takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told, balances empathy with firmness in communication and enjoys the commercial side of fashion as much as the aesthetic side.
