Oracle HCM Cloud Technical LeadKey Responsibilities:Lead the development and technical strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud.Develop integrations using OIC or equivalent middleware, owning the entire process.Design, develop, and maintain fast formulas, BI Publisher reports, HDL, and REST APIs.Review code to ensure best practices across the delivery team.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate client requirements into effective solutions.Troubleshoot complex issues with confidence and resolve them efficiently.Oversee deployments, testing cycles, and production support operations.Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.Qualifications:6 to 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.Strong expertise in OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Reports, and HDL.Experience across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or ORC is highly desirable.Solid understanding of REST and SOAP web services principles.Ability to lead discussions with clients and facilitate decision-making.Prior experience guiding technical teams through large-scale implementations.Certification is a plus, but not essential.
